Ingredients

01 600g chicken tenders or breast sliced into strips.
02 200g Chili Heatwave Doritos.
03 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika.
04 1¼ teaspoons salt, divided.
05 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
06 ½ teaspoon onion powder.
07 ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
08 ½ teaspoon black pepper.
09 50g plain flour.
10 2 eggs, beaten.
11 Oil spray as needed.

Instructions

Step 01

Turn on oven to 400°F if baking.

Step 02

Put Doritos in a bag and crush into large crumbs with rolling pin. Keep some texture, don't powder them.

Step 03

Sprinkle chicken pieces with ¼ teaspoon salt.

Step 04

Put flour mix in first dish, beaten eggs in second, crushed Doritos in third.
