White Chocolate Brownie Pizza (Print Version)

Decadent brownie base meets white chocolate and M&M's in a fun pizza-style treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 cups granulated sugar
03 - 4 large eggs, room temperature
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
05 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
06 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins & Toppings

07 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
08 - 1 cup colorful M&M's, plus extra for sprinkling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-inch pizza pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, stir the melted butter and granulated sugar together until glossy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined to avoid overmixing.
04 - Fold in the white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M's using a spatula. The batter will be thick and colorful.
05 - Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
06 - Let the baked brownie cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, sprinkle extra M&M's on top, slice into wedges like a pizza, and serve.
