Thaw the frozen fruit, if using frozen varieties.

Add strawberries, cherries, and apples to a food processor. Process until the fruit is combined and slightly chunky.

Add chia seeds to the processed fruit mixture and stir until evenly combined.

Pour the fruit and chia seed mixture into a mold placed on a teflex-lined dehydrator sheet.

Dehydrate the mixture at 125°F for 4 hours. Then, remove the mold.

Dehydrate for another 2.5 hours, then flip the bars over onto the dehydrator tray without the teflex sheet. Carefully peel the teflex sheet away from the bars.

Continue dehydrating the bars until fully dried, approximately 11.5 more hours.
