Sriracha Lime Chickpea Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
02 - 48 grams Sriracha
03 - 45 ml fresh lime juice
04 - 45 ml olive oil
05 - 3 large cloves garlic
06 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
07 - 3/4 teaspoon paprika
08 - 30-60 ml water, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Add chickpeas, Sriracha, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and paprika to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
02 - Blend in water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Note that blenders may require slightly more water compared to a food processor.
03 - Garnish with optional toppings such as sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, or a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
