Add chickpeas, Sriracha, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and paprika to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.

Blend in water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Note that blenders may require slightly more water compared to a food processor.

Garnish with optional toppings such as sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, or a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
