Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
02 - 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
03 - 12 Oreo cookies.
04 - 12 Nutter Butter cookies.
05 - 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted.
06 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
07 - 8 ounces whipped cream cheese.
08 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar.
09 - 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed.
10 - 8 Reese's peanut butter cups.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat cream in microwave until very hot. Add chocolate chips, let sit 3-4 minutes, then stir until smooth.
02 - Blend cookies separately. Mix each with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Layer in pie plate and press evenly. Freeze.
03 - Mix peanut butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
04 - Spread peanut butter mixture in crust. Pour ganache on top and smooth. Top with chopped Reese's cups.
05 - Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use hot fudge topping instead of ganache.
02 - Keeps up to 4 days in refrigerator.
03 - Can be frozen up to 4 months.
