Homemade Peppermint Patties (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract.
03 - 4 cups confectioners sugar.
04 - 1 pound chocolate almond bark.
05 - Sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Clear space in freezer.
02 - Mix condensed milk and peppermint extract. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar until stiff dough forms.
03 - Roll dough into small balls, flatten into discs on prepared tray.
04 - Freeze patties for 1 hour.
05 - Melt almond bark in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
06 - Dip frozen patties in melted chocolate, shake off excess. Add optional sprinkles.
07 - Let chocolate set at room temperature or in refrigerator before storing.
