Lavender Milk Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
02 - 2 cups water

→ Additional Ingredients

03 - 2 cups milk (any variety)
04 - Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
05 - Vanilla extract to taste (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring water to a boil in a small pot or kettle. Add dried lavender, remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 5 minutes.
02 - While the lavender steeps, warm the milk until steaming but not boiling to maintain its smooth texture.
03 - Strain the lavender tea into a pitcher, add the warmed milk, and stir well. Add honey or sugar and optional vanilla extract to taste.
04 - Serve hot in cups, or let cool and serve over ice for a refreshing cold version.
