Roll out crescent dough sheets and cut each into 4 pieces, making 8 total.

Distribute ham evenly among dough pieces. Place a cheese stick on top of ham on each piece. Fold in ends and roll to seal.

Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.

Place rolls on prepared baking sheet and brush with butter mixture.
