Ham and Cheese Croissant with Honey Mustard Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 croissants.
02 - 8 slices good-quality ham.
03 - 8 slices Leerdammer cheese.
04 - 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
05 - 1 tablespoon honey.
06 - 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon poppy seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190C/375F fan. Slice croissants lengthways.
02 - Add cheese slice, two ham slices, and another cheese slice to each croissant base.
03 - Mix mustard, honey, and brown sugar. Brush on croissant tops and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
04 - Heat in oven 6-7 minutes until warmed through. Serve immediately.
