Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred for juiciness)
02 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - ½ teaspoon salt
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 can biscuit dough (8-count, refrigerated)
08 - 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into 16 cubes
09 - ¼ cup butter, melted
10 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
11 - ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
13 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until browned.
02 - Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
03 - Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal into a ball.
04 - Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese.
06 - Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each dough ball.
07 - Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
08 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
