Espresso Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, cold.
02 - 1 cup + 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips.
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder.
05 - 2 tablespoons espresso powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar.
08 - 3 large eggs.
09 - 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Line 8x8 metal pan with parchment.
03 - Brown butter 10-12 minutes until nutty.
04 - Add chocolate to butter, stir until melted.
05 - Mix flour, cocoa, espresso powder, salt.
06 - Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla until fluffy.
07 - Stream in chocolate-butter mixture.
08 - Fold in dry ingredients gently.
09 - Pour into pan.
10 - Bake 28-35 minutes.
11 - Cool completely.
12 - Cut with hot knife into 16 squares.
