Glazed Carrots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut.
02 - 1/4 cup butter.
03 - 1/4 cup brown sugar.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Cut carrots into 1/2 inch slices.
02 - Add carrots and 1 1/2 cups water to large pan. Bring to simmer and cook 8-10 minutes until tender.
03 - Drain excess water.
04 - Add butter, brown sugar, and salt. Stir to coat carrots.
05 - Cook 4-5 minutes until sauce forms.
06 - Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Cut carrots same size for even cooking.
02 - Keeps in fridge up to 3 days.
03 - Reheat on low 5-7 minutes.
