Fish Stew (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped.
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
04 - 2/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped.
05 - 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes.
06 - 2 teaspoons tomato paste.
07 - 8 ounces clam juice.
08 - 1/2 cup dry white wine.
09 - 1 1/2 pounds firm white fish fillets.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
12 - 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce.
13 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
14 - 1 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook onion in oil 4 minutes. Add garlic 1 minute. Add parsley 2 minutes.
02 - Add tomatoes and paste. Cook 10 minutes.
03 - Add liquids and fish. Simmer 3-5 minutes until fish flakes.
04 - Add herbs, Tabasco, salt and pepper.

# Notes:

01 - Can use other firm white fish.
02 - Optional shellfish addition.
03 - Serve with crusty bread.
