Get water boiling with salt. Cook noodles like the box says.

Put beef and onion in a pan on high heat. Break up meat while it cooks (10 mins). Keep some fat in the pan.

Turn heat down. Add garlic, Worcestershire, and Italian spices. Cook 1 min.

Put flour in. Mix and cook 2 mins.

Pour beef stock in slowly. Keep stirring. Cook 5-10 mins till thick. Add more stock if too thick.

Mix in cooked noodles. Add salt & pepper. Eat hot.
