Baked Brie

# Ingredients:

12 ounces brie wheel.

1/3 cup fig jam.
03 -
1/4 cup glazed pecans.
# Instructions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Place brie in cast iron skillet.

Cut 1/2 inch grid pattern on top rind only.
03 -
Spread fig jam over scored brie.
04 -
Cook 12-15 minutes until soft and melty.
05 -
Rest 3-5 minutes. Top with pecans.

Serve with crackers, bread or fruit.
