Baked Brie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces brie wheel.
02 - 1/3 cup fig jam.
03 - 1/4 cup glazed pecans.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Place brie in cast iron skillet.
02 - Cut 1/2 inch grid pattern on top rind only.
03 - Spread fig jam over scored brie.
04 - Cook 12-15 minutes until soft and melty.
05 - Rest 3-5 minutes. Top with pecans.

# Notes:

01 - Serve with crackers, bread or fruit.
02 - Best served warm.
