A light, crisp mix of cucumbers, apples, and nuts in a tangy honey-lemon dressing.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
02 - 2 apples, thinly sliced (preferably Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
03 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
05 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
06 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

→ Dressing

07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
09 - 1 tablespoon honey
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and thinly slice cucumbers and apples. Toss apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
02 - Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, apples, red onion, and parsley. Add nuts for a crunchy texture.
04 - Pour dressing over salad ingredients, tossing gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
