Homemade Deviled Ham Recipe (Print Version)

01 - 1.5 pounds diced ham (about 4 cups)
02 - ¾ cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
04 - ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 2 teaspoons white vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - In a food processor, pulse diced ham until finely minced, but not pureed.
02 - In a large bowl, combine processed ham, mayo, mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and vinegar and stir to combine well.
03 - Refrigerate for at least two hours for best texture and flavor. Serve on crackers, as a dip, or on a sandwich.
