Lightly spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.

In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.

Add the miniature marshmallows and dry Butterscotch Instant Pudding mix. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until the marshmallows are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Mix in the Rice Krispies and stir until evenly coated.

Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and press down evenly. Let it cool completely.

Cut into squares and serve.
