Butterscotch Rice Krispy Squares (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups Rice Krispies
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
03 - 10 oz miniature marshmallows
04 - 1 small box Butterscotch Instant Pudding mix

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
02 - In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
03 - Add the miniature marshmallows and dry Butterscotch Instant Pudding mix. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until the marshmallows are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
04 - Mix in the Rice Krispies and stir until evenly coated.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and press down evenly. Let it cool completely.
06 - Cut into squares and serve.
