# Ingredients:

13 - 10 oz white chocolate bark or chips
14 - Mini chocolate chips for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven according to your brownie recipe. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Melt the bittersweet chocolate and butter together until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted chocolate mixture with sugar until well combined.
02 - Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Add the royal blue and a tiny dab of violet gel food coloring, stirring until you achieve a vibrant blue color.
03 - Pour the batter into your prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
04 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Add softened cream cheese and process until well combined and mixture forms a thick, smooth paste. Once brownies are completely cooled, spread the Oreo truffle mixture evenly over the brownie layer.
