01 -
Preheat your oven according to your brownie recipe. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Melt the bittersweet chocolate and butter together until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted chocolate mixture with sugar until well combined.
02 -
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Add the royal blue and a tiny dab of violet gel food coloring, stirring until you achieve a vibrant blue color.
03 -
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
04 -
Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Add softened cream cheese and process until well combined and mixture forms a thick, smooth paste. Once brownies are completely cooled, spread the Oreo truffle mixture evenly over the brownie layer.
05 -
Melt white chocolate according to package instructions until smooth. Pour over the Oreo truffle layer and spread evenly with a spatula. While still wet, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top for garnish.
06 -
Refrigerate the entire dessert for at least 30 minutes to allow the layers to set properly. Once set, cut into squares and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
