BLT Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
02 - 1 pound bacon, diced and cooked until crisp
03 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
04 - 1/2 small red onion, diced small
05 - 2 stalks celery, diced
06 - 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and celery.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
03 - Stir the prepared dressing into the main ingredients until well combined.
04 - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days. Discard leftovers if left out for more than 2 hours.
