01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (4% fat recommended)
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika (smoked paprika for added flavor)
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

08 - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
09 - 1/4 cup spinach
10 - 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
