I created these family dinners after years of dealing with picky eaters and busy schedules and now they've become our favorite way to spend time together because everyone actually enjoys eating them from the kids to the grandparents and what makes them work so well is how they use normal ingredients in ways that are exciting but not weird plus they're simple enough that the kids can help with cooking which makes dinner time about more than just eating and creates those special memories we all love to share around the table.
