Whipped Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
03 - 1 tablespoon Swerve sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
04 - ½ teaspoon vanilla cream stevia drops (or sweetener of choice)
05 - Pinch of salt
06 - 1 teaspoon flavor extract of your choice (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add cottage cheese to a food processor or high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, salt and stevia and blend until well combined. Spoon into a bowl and eat as is or add flavors, or toppings.
03 - Store leftovers in an airtight container or cover with plastic wrap.

# Notes:

01 - Flavor extracts like raspberry, strawberry, orange, coconut, caramel, butterscotch, peanut butter, mint or marshmallow can be added for variety
02 - Try adding peanut butter, instant coffee, or almond butter for different flavor variations
03 - Optional toppings include berries, sugar-free jams, toasted nuts, seeds, coconut, or chocolate chips
