01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed (600 g)
02 - ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese (100 g)
03 - ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 10 fresh mint leaves, torn

→ Dressing

05 - 1 tbsp lime juice (15 mL)
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil (15 mL)
07 - Pinch of sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Place the cubed watermelon into a large bowl. Ensure it is chilled to enhance the crispness of the final dish.
02 - Add the sliced red onion and crumbled feta. Gently toss the mixture, being careful not to crush the watermelon cubes.
03 - Drizzle lime juice and olive oil over the mixture. Scatter torn mint leaves on top and finish with a pinch of sea salt.
04 - Serve immediately while the salad is cool and refreshing.
