Vanilla Honey Fudge (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup powdered sugar, preferably imperial sugar confectioners powdered sugar
02 - 1/3 cup honey
03 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 3/4 cup heavy cream
05 - 2 1/4 cups mini marshmallows
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 3 1/2 cups premium white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Press two sheets of plastic food wrap into an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch square pan, ensuring an overhang of plastic. Add a little oil, spread it evenly, and set aside.
02 - In a large saucepan, combine powdered sugar, honey, butter, heavy cream, marshmallows, and salt.
03 - Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly with a heat-resistant spatula until it comes to a boil.
04 - Keep the mixture at a low simmering boil, stirring continuously, for 7 minutes.
05 - Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and white chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
06 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
07 - Remove the fudge from the pan by lifting the plastic wrap edges. Discard the plastic wrap, then cut into squares or desired shapes.
