Turkey Stuffing Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups mashed potatoes.
02 - 3 cups stuffing.
03 - 1 1/2 cups turkey, shredded.
04 - Black pepper to taste.
05 - Gravy for serving.
06 - Optional for frying: Panko breadcrumbs.
07 - Butter.
08 - Grapeseed oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
03 - Warm potatoes and stuffing until easy to handle.
04 - Mix in large bowl: Mashed potatoes, stuffing, shredded turkey, black pepper to taste.
05 - Form into firm balls like snowballs.
06 - Place on baking sheet, bake 10-12 minutes.
07 - Serve with hot gravy.
08 - Warm ingredients to room temperature, form balls, coat with seasoned panko, heat butter and oil in non-stick pan, fry until golden like crab cakes. If too soft, chill before frying.

01 - Equal parts potatoes and stuffing, half part turkey works best.
02 - Can freeze before cooking.
03 - Ingredients should be warm for easy mixing.
04 - For crispier result, use panko and fry.
