Turkey and Avocado Club (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread and spreads

01 - 3 slices whole grain or white bread
02 - Mayonnaise or mustard

→ Protein

03 - 4 slices turkey breast
04 - 2 slices bacon

→ Vegetables

05 - 1 avocado, sliced
06 - Lettuce leaves
07 - Tomato slices

# Instructions:

01 - Toast three slices of bread using a toaster or a skillet until golden and crispy.
02 - In a skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
03 - Slice the avocado into thin pieces by cutting it in half, removing the pit, and slicing.
04 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard on one side of each toasted bread slice.
05 - Place the first slice of bread on a clean surface. Layer it with turkey slices, tomato slices, and a lettuce leaf.
06 - Place slices of avocado on top of the lettuce, followed by two crispy slices of bacon.
07 - Add the second slice of toasted bread on top, spread with more mayonnaise, and repeat layering with turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bacon.
08 - Top with the third slice of toasted bread.
09 - Slice the sandwich into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
