Tuna Pea Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz (225g) bowtie pasta.
02 - 1 cup (150g) fresh peas.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 1 medium onion, finely diced.
05 - 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes.
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
08 - 1 can (5 oz/140g) tuna, drained.
09 - 2-3 tablespoons fresh parsley, roughly chopped.
10 - 1/3 cup (30g) freshly grated Parmesan.
11 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Add peas for last 2 minutes of cooking.
02 - Sauté onion in olive oil 2-3 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in chili flakes and lemon juice.
03 - Add drained pasta and peas to skillet. Add tuna, mixing gently to keep chunks intact.
04 - Stir in parsley and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Best served immediately.
02 - Can use frozen peas instead of fresh.
