Thanksgiving Leftover Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup ricotta cheese.
02 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh herbs (thyme or sage).
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1 1/2 cups turkey gravy.
07 - 1 package (10 oz) no-boil lasagna noodles.
08 - 3 cups sweet potato casserole or mashed potatoes.
09 - 1 1/2 cups shredded Brussels sprouts.
10 - 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded.
11 - 2 cups stuffing or dressing.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Spray 9x13 baking dish.
03 - Mix ricotta, cranberry sauce, egg, herbs, salt.
04 - Spread 1/2 cup gravy in dish bottom.
05 - Layer: noodles, potatoes, sprouts, turkey, ricotta mix.
06 - Repeat layers.
07 - Top with final noodles.
08 - Add remaining gravy.
09 - Spread remaining ricotta mixture.
10 - Top with stuffing.
11 - Bake 40 minutes until bubbly.
12 - Cool 15 minutes before serving.
