Taco Spaghetti with Beef & Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 1 pound spaghetti noodles

→ Meat

02 - 2 pounds ground beef

→ Vegetables

03 - ½ yellow onion, diced
04 - 1 bell pepper, diced

→ Oil

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasoning

06 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Canned Goods

07 - 10 ounces tomatoes with green chilis, not drained

→ Dairy

08 - 1 cup sour cream

→ Broth

09 - 1 cup beef broth

→ Cheese

10 - 2 cups Mexican blend cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Boil spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil and add diced onions and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until no pink remains. Drain excess grease.
04 - Return the beef to the skillet. Season with taco seasoning, then add undrained tomatoes with green chilis, beef broth, sour cream, and cheese. Stir until combined and let the mixture simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally while the cheese melts.
05 - Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the meat sauce.
06 - Serve hot and enjoy!
