Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup original Hidden Valley ranch dressing.
02 - 1/2 fresh jalapeño or 1 tbsp pickled jalapeños.
03 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder.
06 - 2 teaspoons sugar.
07 - 3 teaspoons sriracha sauce.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion salt.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
10 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin.

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a measuring cup or bowl.
02 - Use a hand blender to mix until smooth and the jalapeño is fully pureed.
03 - Transfer to a squeeze bottle and keep in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - Use garlic and onion powder plus salt instead of garlic/onion salt if needed.
02 - Hidden Valley Ranch gives the most authentic flavor.
03 - Sauce lasts 6 months with bottled ranch, less with homemade.
