Sweet Spicy Mixed Nuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted cashews.
02 - 1 cup raw walnuts.
03 - 1 cup raw pecans.
04 - 1 cup raw almonds.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin.
07 - 2 tablespoons butter.
08 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped.
11 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Spread nuts in single layer. Bake 10-12 minutes until toasted.
03 - Toast coriander and cumin in skillet 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Add butter, sugar, cayenne and rosemary. Cook 2 minutes until combined.
05 - Toss warm nuts with spice mixture and salt. Cool completely.
