Sunrise Sunset Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Frozen Fruits

01 - 1 cup frozen mango chunks
02 - 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
03 - 1 cup frozen strawberries

→ Liquids

04 - ¾ cup pineapple juice
05 - ¾ cup orange juice
06 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add the frozen mango, pineapple, strawberries, pineapple juice, orange juice, and maple syrup (if using) to a blender.
02 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. If too thick, add more juice. If too thin, add more frozen fruit.
03 - Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately while cold. Garnish with a strawberry, mango, or pineapple slice!

# Notes:

01 - Add liquids first to help blender create a vortex
02 - Add liquid gradually to achieve desired consistency
03 - Stop and shake blender occasionally to ensure even mixing
