01 - 4-6 cups sliced stone fruit (cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines)
02 - 2 cups blueberries
03 - 2 cups blackberries

→ Dressing

04 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
06 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
08 - Pinch of salt
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Slice stone fruits thinly, ensuring to remove pits if using cherries.
02 - Add all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and thyme until well combined.
