01 - ½ cup rolled oats
02 - 1 cup almond flour
03 - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
04 - ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
05 - ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
06 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
08 - 1–2 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
02 - Add softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
03 - If the dough is too dry, add 1-2 tbsp milk, one at a time, until a moldable consistency forms.
04 - Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
06 - Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
