Glowing Green Spirulina Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 banana, frozen
02 - ¼ cup frozen blueberries
03 - 1 cup kale
04 - 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or milk of choice)
05 - 1 teaspoon spirulina powder

# Instructions:

01 - Slice a banana and place in an airtight container or plastic bag. Freeze overnight or for at least 12-18 hours.
02 - When the banana is ready, add all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
03 - Serve immediately or store in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - Can start with half a teaspoon of spirulina and increase gradually if new to the taste
02 - Color may vary depending on type of blueberries used
