# Ingredients:

→ Spinach Dip Filling

01 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/2 cup sour cream
04 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic (or garlic powder)
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Biscuit Shell

10 - 1 package (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or pre-made pastry shells)
11 - Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing the muffin tin)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). If using fresh spinach, sauté it in a pan over medium heat until wilted. If using frozen spinach, ensure it is fully thawed and drained before chopping if necessary.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
03 - Fold the chopped spinach into the cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.
04 - Spray a muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and press each one into the bottom and up the sides of a muffin cup to form a shell.
05 - Spoon the spinach dip mixture evenly into each biscuit shell. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit shells are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Allow the bites to cool for a few minutes before serving. They are best enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
