In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Fold the chopped spinach into the cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.

Spray a muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and press each one into the bottom and up the sides of a muffin cup to form a shell.

Spoon the spinach dip mixture evenly into each biscuit shell. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit shells are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
