Mix pineapple juice, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.

Put chicken in a zip bag. Pour mix over it. Close bag and put in fridge for 2-4 hours.

Heat grill to medium-high. Take chicken out, throw away the marinade it was in.

Cook chicken about 12-15 minutes, turning a few times. It's done when it hits 165°F inside.
