Spicy Pineapple Brown Sugar Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup pineapple juice.
02 - 6 Tbsp BBQ sauce.
03 - 6 Tbsp brown sugar.
04 - 1 Tbsp chili powder.
05 - 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes.
06 - 4-6 chicken breasts, boneless skinless.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix pineapple juice, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
02 - Put chicken in a zip bag. Pour mix over it. Close bag and put in fridge for 2-4 hours.
03 - Heat grill to medium-high. Take chicken out, throw away the marinade it was in.
04 - Cook chicken about 12-15 minutes, turning a few times. It's done when it hits 165°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Keep chicken covered in marinade in the fridge - this keeps it safe and tasty.
02 - Make sure grill's hot before you start. Don't crowd the chicken.
03 - Want extra flavor? Set some marinade aside before adding raw chicken. Brush it on at the end.
04 - Tastes great with grilled pineapple slices on the side.
