# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large slices of Italian bread or 6 smaller slices
02 - 4 tablespoons salted butter, softened
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1½ cups warmed leftover spaghetti with meat sauce
05 - 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 4 slices provolone cheese
07 - ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Combine garlic powder with softened butter. Spread the mixture generously over one side of each bread slice.
02 - Press freshly grated Parmesan cheese lightly into the buttered side of the bread to enhance flavor and create a crispy texture.
03 - On the unbuttered side of each bread slice, layer shredded mozzarella cheese, warmed-up spaghetti, and a slice of provolone cheese. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
04 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden and crispy. Cover the skillet with a lid for part of the cooking time to ensure the cheese melts fully.
