Cut Hawaiian rolls into cubes and leave out for 24 hours to become stale.

Add stale bread cubes to a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour over bread. Let soak 10 minutes.

Mix brown sugar and softened butter in a bowl. Add pecans and mix. Sprinkle over soaked bread.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until bread is golden on edges.

Beat egg in small bowl. Add sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Mix well. Cook in saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves.

Pour warm sauce over baked bread pudding and serve.
