# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups (16 ounces) whole milk ricotta
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
04 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

05 - 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
06 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon capers
08 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
09 - 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

11 - Lemon wedges
12 - Bagel crisps

# Instructions:

01 - Add the ricotta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread the whipped cheese onto a serving platter.
