Seafood Boil Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Salted butter (2 cups).
02 - Onion, diced (1).
03 - Garlic cloves, diced (8).
04 - Cajun seasoning (1/4 cup).
05 - Old Bay seasoning (2 tablespoons).
06 - Onion powder (1 tablespoon).
07 - Brown sugar (1 1/2 tablespoons).
08 - Red pepper flakes (1 tablespoon).
09 - Chicken stock (1 cup).
10 - Fresh lemon juice (2 tablespoons).
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (2 tablespoons).

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
02 - Sauté diced onions 5 minutes, add garlic and cook 3 more minutes.
03 - Mix in all seasonings and brown sugar, cook 5 minutes.
04 - Pour in chicken stock, bring to boil then simmer 6-8 minutes to thicken.
05 - Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Can adjust spice level to taste.
02 - Dice aromatics very finely.
03 - Check if Cajun seasoning contains salt.
