Restaurant Style Salsa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (14 oz) fire roasted tomatoes.
02 - 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes.
03 - 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles.
04 - 1 cup yellow onion, diced.
05 - 1 cup packed cilantro.
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 1 jalapeño, diced.
08 - 1 lime, juiced.
09 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
10 - 1 teaspoon sugar.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
12 - 1/4 teaspoon coriander.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
14 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to food processor.
02 - Pulse until desired consistency.
03 - Season with salt to taste.

01 - Fire-roasted tomatoes give best flavor.
02 - Adjust jalapeño for heat level.
