# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon matcha powder
02 - 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling, around 175°F/80°C)
03 - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, oat, or coconut milk)
04 - 1 teaspoon beetroot powder (or 2 tablespoons strawberry puree or hibiscus tea concentrate)
05 - 1-2 teaspoons honey or vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
06 - Ice cubes for an iced version

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
02 - In a separate cup, whisk together the beetroot powder (or chosen pink ingredient) with a splash of milk until fully dissolved.
03 - Stir in honey or vanilla syrup to taste.
04 - Fill a tall glass with ice (if making it iced). Pour in the pink base first, then slowly add the frothed milk.
