Ravioli With Tomatoes Asparagus Garlic And Herbs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack cheese ravioli (20 oz).
02 - 2 spoons olive oil.
03 - 2 spoons butter.
04 - 1 pound thin asparagus (cut in 2-inch pieces, tough ends off).
05 - 1 pack grape tomatoes, cut in half.
06 - 3 cloves cut-up garlic.
07 - 1 spoon balsamic vinegar.
08 - 2/3 cup chopped walnuts (toasted).
09 - 1/4 cup cut-up fresh basil.
10 - 1/4 cup cut-up fresh parsley.
11 - Salt and pepper.
12 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ravioli in hot water like package says.
02 - Heat oil and butter in big pan.
03 - Cook asparagus in pan about 4 minutes till soft.
04 - Add tomatoes and garlic. Cook 1 minute. Pour in balsamic.
05 - Drain ravioli, put in big bowl.
06 - Add hot veggie mix, walnuts, basil, parsley to bowl. Add salt and pepper. Mix gentle.
07 - Top with cheese. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Any ravioli works fine.
02 - Want it richer? Add more oil or thick balsamic at the end.
