Heat oven to 350°F. Roll pastry and cut circles for muffin tin.

Line tins with pastry, poke holes. Warm jam and spread in shells.

Mix butter, almond flour, egg, sugar and extract for frangipane.

Fill shells with frangipane, top with almonds. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
