Raspberry Frangipane Tarts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups almond flour.
02 - 1/2 cup sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup raspberry jam.
04 - 16 tablespoons butter, divided.
05 - 2 eggs, divided.
06 - 1 teaspoon almond extract.
07 - Slivered almonds for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Roll pastry and cut circles for muffin tin.
02 - Line tins with pastry, poke holes. Warm jam and spread in shells.
03 - Mix butter, almond flour, egg, sugar and extract for frangipane.
04 - Fill shells with frangipane, top with almonds. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any jam flavor.
02 - Best served slightly warm.
03 - Keeps well for several days.
