# Ingredients:

02 - 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée, unsweetened

# Instructions:

01 - Place the plant-based milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed for 10 to 15 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - To enjoy cold, pour the mixture over ice cubes in a tall glass and finish with whipped cream if desired.
04 - For a warm beverage, transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat gently while whisking until hot and steamy but not boiling, then pour into a mug.
