Pizza Tater Tot Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 pounds ground beef
02 - 1 medium green pepper, chopped
03 - 1 medium onion, chopped
04 - 0.5 pounds sliced fresh mushrooms
05 - 1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
07 - 3 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
08 - 1 package (32 ounces) frozen Tater Tots
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles. Drain the excess fat, and mix in the pizza sauce and basil.
02 - Transfer the mixture to a greased 3-quart or 13x9-inch baking dish. Top the mixture evenly with mozzarella cheese and layer the frozen Tater Tots on top.
03 - Bake the casserole uncovered at 400°F (200°C) until the Tater Tots are lightly browned, about 30-35 minutes.
04 - Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the casserole and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
