01 -
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
02 -
In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered biscuits, quartered pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, olive oil, Italian seasonings, and minced garlic. Toss everything together thoroughly until all the biscuit pieces are coated with the butter mixture and the toppings are evenly distributed.
03 -
Transfer the mixture to your greased Bundt pan, distributing it evenly. Don't press down too firmly - you want some air pockets to remain so the bread can expand and become fluffy as it bakes.
04 -
Place the Bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes total. After the first 20 minutes, cover the top loosely with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. The monkey bread is done when the biscuits are cooked through and no longer doughy in the center. For the last 5-10 minutes of baking, check every 5 minutes to ensure it doesn't overcook.
05 -
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the bread. Place a plate over the top of the Bundt pan and carefully flip it over to release the bread. Then place your serving plate on top of the bread and flip again so the prettier side faces up.
06 -
Serve the pizza monkey bread while still warm. Pull apart the pieces with your fingers and enjoy with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
