# Ingredients:

→ For the monkey bread

01 - 2 (16.3 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits, quartered
02 - 6 ounces pepperoni, quartered
03 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
05 - 1/4 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
08 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)

→ For serving

09 - Warm marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered biscuits, quartered pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, olive oil, Italian seasonings, and minced garlic. Toss everything together thoroughly until all the biscuit pieces are coated with the butter mixture and the toppings are evenly distributed.
03 - Transfer the mixture to your greased Bundt pan, distributing it evenly. Don't press down too firmly - you want some air pockets to remain so the bread can expand and become fluffy as it bakes.
04 - Place the Bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35-45 minutes total. After the first 20 minutes, cover the top loosely with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. The monkey bread is done when the biscuits are cooked through and no longer doughy in the center. For the last 5-10 minutes of baking, check every 5 minutes to ensure it doesn't overcook.
05 - Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the bread. Place a plate over the top of the Bundt pan and carefully flip it over to release the bread. Then place your serving plate on top of the bread and flip again so the prettier side faces up.
06 - Serve the pizza monkey bread while still warm. Pull apart the pieces with your fingers and enjoy with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can also bake this in a 9x13-inch baking dish instead of a Bundt pan if preferred.
02 - Feel free to customize with your favorite pizza toppings like Italian sausage, olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
03 - For extra flavor, add 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix to the butter mixture.
04 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the microwave or oven.
