Fresh Passion Fruit Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 3 cups water, divided
02 - 3 black tea bags
03 - 1/4 cup vegan granulated sugar, or to taste
04 - 3/4 cup passion fruit pulp (from about 4-5 fruits)

→ For Serving

05 - Ice cubes
06 - Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Take it off the heat, add your tea bags, and let them steep for 3-4 minutes (don't go longer or it might get bitter).
02 - Remove those tea bags and whisk in your sugar until it completely dissolves.
03 - Pour in the remaining 1 1/2 cups of room-temperature water to cool things down. Stir in that passion fruit pulp until well combined.
04 - Fill your glasses with ice, pour in the tea, and if you're feeling fancy, pop in a sprig of fresh mint.

# Notes:

01 - This refreshing passion fruit iced tea keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. Just give it a good stir before serving as it may settle.
02 - If you're not a fan of the seeds, feel free to strain the tea through a sieve after adding the passion fruit.
