Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Take it off the heat, add your tea bags, and let them steep for 3-4 minutes (don't go longer or it might get bitter).

Remove those tea bags and whisk in your sugar until it completely dissolves.

Pour in the remaining 1 1/2 cups of room-temperature water to cool things down. Stir in that passion fruit pulp until well combined.

Fill your glasses with ice, pour in the tea, and if you're feeling fancy, pop in a sprig of fresh mint.
